The waiting set up is great but bad customer service the ladies are rude and unprofessional not nice and patient.They had me go three times because miscommunication from their part. I decided to go somewhere else.

They were very rude to my daughter also!!! Made her cry and feel completely stupid. She had never done this before by herself.....there is no need to treat people so rudely

Although these girls are usually nice enough, helpful they are not right now. I made 3 different trips before I was finally given all clarifications to the requirements for DL rewal compliance.Before license expired anyway. Don't go green/paperless anything.

The waiting setup sucks. I got online and received a 40 minute wait. I arrived 24 minutes later and the board said 20 minute wait. Then 23. Then 25. Then 28.then 29. I later found out that at 3:00 everyone inside the building jumps to the front of the line. It took 1 hour and 47 minutes. Longer than any dmv I've been to in over 20 years. Go to Raytown.
