They sell only new Magic cards
As Steve in Gaylin have mentioned we do have a game room that is open to the public for you to play any game you like. However we don't have Friday Night Magic or sell singles.
They do sell cards, and they have an open table room where you are welcome to gather friends and magic (pun intended) for whatever game you might fancy. So yes- they do Magic the Gathering
If you are asking me specifically I have never played that game. I'm pretty much a DnD person.
