I don't believe they take reservations. It is busy on Sundays, and probably especially so during Christmas. However, even on the busiest days we have not had to wait past 20 minutes. They are pretty efficient.
It would be a good idea during the Christmas season or any Saturday morning.

You could, but they dont take reservations as far as i know. All you can do is call to see what kind of wait time there is to keep you from wasting a trip if you dont want to wait around. But Even on sundays, unless you go right after church, ive never had to wait in there. If you have a big group coming with you, then id call ahead and prepare them to have several tables put together for you. They can do that.
I don't think you can do that because the priority is the people that is waiting there already
