Need people with good customer service skills. This seems to be a problem for most places here
Yes my last experience was bad too. I was only there to purchase a gift card. With service like this something needs to be done by the higher up executive since management does not notice the terrible customer service!
Not very different from my experience. Service was very slow and it wasn't even late. The old location in Jones Valley was much better. They should have kept it open and closed this one.
That place has been a failure for over a year now. Corporate must clean house from Management down to get change and results here.
