if you are homeless but have a job can you sleep in your car at night here

Not every night!!!!! They limit the sleeping to travelers only and some go as far as logging in tag numbers electronically of automobiles/trucks/R.V's as they patrol daily and nightly. And now with the media centering on the extreme numbers of traveling homeless population lining streets in multiple cities in California, Washington, Oregon other states are passing laws to battle situations from gaining footholds in their states.

There are plenty of people sleeping there at night I slept there for one night and I had no troubles whatsoever but I only was passing by

I only sleep while traveling as well

I've slept there when traveling other then that I'm not sure
