Yes unfortunately sometimes mistakes are made. Please remember that McDonald's is probably the busiest fast food restaurant in Kosciusko. When you get an order that is wrong or you get forgotten about while waiting for an order, speak up and complain to the manager. Don't let it go unnoticed.
