We had a good stay without issues. The front desk workers were nice.
I've never actually rented a room myself, but I have friends from Texas that stay there every year when they come to visit friends and family here. I have never heard any complaints, and actually heard compliments. Once when they decided to spend their last night further away in Tupelo, they were refunded their last night's money they had paid in advance. This helped them have money for their room in Tupelo, Ms. No problems with contacting management to get the "go ahead" with the refund in cash.
That's a very good observation of which I can't say it's good but personally my experience has been amazing and that has not happened to me
I had that issue one time. I've stayed there many times, but it only happened once with me. Otherwise, everything was great, especially the continental breakfast, so, I can look over the front desk missing one call. No big deal with that.
