I came through there and ordered a bacon egg and cheese and a large cappuccino in the drive thru and got home it was the worsest cappuccino I have had from there and only one lil piece of bacon so what's up with that?

I had a really good experience. Maybe it's the time of day or something.

Yes, this has happened to me! The lady at the drive thru is a sweetheart but the coffee and food is horrible.

I will never go there again been through there once before and was a bad day too but starbucks is taking over so good bye dunkin donuts lol

sometimes there's go service and food and sometimes not; I think much depends on the crew and individual. Sorry to hear about your experience.

At least you got an answer at drive thru....i went there once and no response!
