You have to go plates 4.99 and 5.99 is that a plate or lbs ?

I'm not sure as I normally don't get a plate to go, but the other resturaunts in the area charge by the pound. Mildred's could be an exception. The staff are amazing so I'm sure a phone call would get you the correct answer

They 5.99 a pound. A plate usually a plate runs around 15.00 to go

Its by the pound and your plate doesn't count as weight hope this helps
