The kayak rental was open while i was there last week. It is limited distance to only the beach cove. It's not a very large cove either. $10 per hour for rental
There are kayak rental there. You can inquire about them at the park office.
I would suggest calling a contact number for them. I observed no kayakers at all when I was there. Would suggest a better point to put in.
