They are both, tents are welcome but most sights are RV accessible. All sites have gravel, no grassy or dirt only that I saw. Hiking trails lead right out from campground down to falls.
I seen sights that had tents one night and RV/popup the next. I did not see a separate section, just one big happy camping family.
From what I could tell when we went there they were. Some are pull through.
