Have you considered closing or training your personnel. I just left your establishment after waiting 50 min for my food. Even at that I had to pitch a fit to get it. When we got home we did not get the extra 6 chicken fingers or the biscuits.

I just waited an hour for one item. I think management is trying to kill the business for a write off.

We had a horrible experience there - vowed never to return!

I've never waited that Long but I have got home without some of the stuff I ordered !
