Well I am a bit late in saying "Yes" but can add that the food court at Rosdale is indoors. The choices are very much the same as other Costco stores.
It is an inside food court. They serve Pepsi products.

Yes and they have a touch screen order system. You can't order at the register anymore but the touch screen is super easy and fast. You order and pay, and it's ready at the window. You can also stand in line and order and pay at the window

Yes! They sell pizza, salad, churros, chilli, chicken bake, hot dogs, turkey hot sandwich, and a pulled beef one as well(hot). And they have drinks (sodas)
