You can buy special cans for wildlife they lock up on the top do the best you can with recycling they take it for free over there at the dump site you got to separate it though Joe's very nice he'll help you with all your questions as far as the male you need to get a post office box mail isn't delivered to your residence
Keep garbage indoors until you are ready to throw away. PMC has a transfer station that takes the trash to the dump in Lebec. The transfer station has areas for waste, cold fireplace ash, and recycling. Mail is not delivered to your door, but depending on where you live, either a mailbox at the annex or a mailbox at the neighborhood 'cluster' (sorry, can't think of the proper name).
