Yes they allow year round living. Alot of the campsites on the water are owned by the resident. It seems there are alot of residents pay for more than one site. There are no amenities such as wifi or a laundry area. The area is quite nice tho. The restaurant is adequate although only open 4 days weekly. Depending on where your site is located, it could be difficult to find TV/Internet services.
Not sure how much. But they have camp ground near water and restaurant. Really a nice set up. Very kind people.
