Yes, it's rural somewhat.
There are people roaming around on the streets that would make some people take note. That being said I enjoyed my stay here with my wife and kids. Breakfast could be better but it's the same as the rest off the chain.
I'm not familiar with the area, but I felt safe during my four day stay.
