If you are in a Zone in Weeki Wachee or Spring Hill then yes you should evacuate if you are in the Assisted Living facility then everything will be taken care of there and everyone will be okay as far as I know a and be zones meaning from Shore line and up are in a red zone and to be evacuated due to the fact that is on the water I hope this helps
