Staff wore mask. When I was there they were not busy so they were sitting people at every other table. Anyone coming into the restaurant had to have a mask on. I can't tell you about the bar it wasn't busy at all it was early in the day.
Nobody seats at night time. And Ramona Cook's comment is correct.
