Yes. There is a floating dock directly in front of the restaurant. It is about 60' long. But it is usually full so have a plan b. I believe it belongs to them. I have seen many people dock there just to eat there and then leave.
You can go by boat, not exactly sure about docking

There is a dock right in front of the restaurant, but I highly doubted that it belongs to the restaurant or not.
