Terrible customer service!!! employees act as if the "customer" did them some wrong... I won't ever visit a snappers again.

I was waiting in line for 20 minutes because they only had one line after making it to the front of the line they said this line is close and tell me i have to go to the other line... causing me to be last in the line again... worst customer service is an understatement
