I would call or tell them on the next visit, doubt they will see your question here
I've never been to that location but I share your frustration from the seat of my wheelchair. I have suggestions that work for me. Owners seldom read our reviews. Complain to the manager on duty when you are there. Mention that you are a frequent customer; say how often you come and/or how much you spend there. Then say you'll hate to have to look for a new place to go, but this is becoming more annoying. If there's a reason, state it. (I have arthritis...I'm carrying baby and I'm afraid he'll be injured.) It's important to be honest. You may also leave a similar message as a note, send an email or write a letter. Of course you don't have to stop with the store manager. Ledo is a corporation. Ask friends and family to complain about the difficulties opening the doors when they are there for dining. Finally, if this IS an ADA issue for you, invoke their title. I always try to give businesses an opportunity to make it better themselves first.
