They are shirt staffed as the rest of America and the self checkouts can't answer the phones
Because it's all about money, not the consumer.
I've personally have worked here and it falls into priorities. If they are hands on they cannot split in two to talk to us on the phone. Although I have watched someone writing something down and let the phone ring off the hook.
Half the people that are there don't know where anything is or they say they dont have it. And I seem to find it. What is up with that??
