Even you eventually find a worker, most of the time thet are talking to each other and say, " I'll be right with you", which mean another 10 to 15 minutes of waiting. They really need more workers on the floor
They lock 🔐 up by people steal. Higher crime areas and bigger cities more lock ups.

It could be the policy of Walmart that certain things are locked up. Walmart store is a lot bigger than Walgreens so it's easier to hide something.
They lock products up so people can't steal them. This isn't a perfect world that we live in and every where is short staffed right now. I would've went and found an employee in the store and asked for help. Just saying it seems to be an easier route.
