Studio with one year lease, $580 month
I have lived here 3 years and it is $650 a month with all utilities included. Non furnished, cable not included of course. I'm sure she would work with you on big weekly but I'm not sure. I have a 1 bedroom with 2 cat fees amd I pay $689
It's now $625.00 a month for a 450 sq. foot studio apartment. That includes utilities though. Add $100.00 for a 1 BR but they're rarely available.
