A Membership is required, no monthly fees it is completely free. They will need some information from you, if you want to take advantage of your tax exempt take an exemption form with you when you sign up. I have seen some fresh fish there im not entirely sure what types of fish. And regarding the prices they usually advertise some things in a weekly or monthly ad via mail. But the price changes also depending on how much you purchase. The more you spend the more u save per pound.
