I received a gift for my birthday about a month ago. Unfortunately it stopped working. They won't take it back because I don't have a receipt but I have the box it came in .it was a gift .I don't have the receipt

Called the manufacturer and made report they will get back to me in a couple of days I hope they help in some kind of way

Well I would ask your boyfriend, if he paid your gift with a credit card or get the statement from the bank . They will give the date and time that the purseher was made without a receipt it will be near impossible to you get credit back , good luck.
