I bought a DVD player from the East liberty Target store, can I return it to the Target to the Waterfront Target store? I live in homestead. I also have the receipt and it's unopened. I bought in on 3/1/2019

Yes. As long as you have the box and receipt, it doesn't matter which store you bought it at you can return it at another store. You have 30 days to return some items like electronics and 90 days for other items.
