It depends on what councillor you have and who you are. The rules don't appt to everyone unfortunately. I'm not saying don't go to them. I was in that clinic for 10 years until last week. I'll get by with something my buddy gets in trouble for... seen it happen to many times with to many people over the years. I wouldn't discourage anyone from starting there because it did help me, my wife and several friends.
