I don't understand how this place is still open all there employees do is mess around on the job and try to force customers to leave by telling them they have a 15-30 wait when there isn't even any other customers waiting.

They told me they couldn't take orders because of shift change at 8pm.....this location sucks!

Tonight, the excuse for not helping customers in the Drive-Thru was telling people that they were out of protein.

So there hours for lobby say 10 but they were closed before. So that must mean they close at 8

Call their corporate office and complain.

Yea ,they are pretty slow, so is the Burger King ,omg u will be in line 4 eva,,and horrible service..
