What do repairs usually run if it is a fret level problem? Do u give estimate after looking at guitars And is there an up front cost just to look at it?

Looking at guitars/projects and advice is always free. A complete setup, which includes fret leveling, re- crowning and polishing is $95 + strings + tax. Hope this helps.
