You can get a refund up to an hour before showtime. Call them up!
They are good and giving refunds. Even if you got them at box office. Just swing by there and thru should refund you.
If it's online you should be able to get a refund. I'm not sure how it works if you got them from the box office.
I believe if you call them or go prior and tell them they will give you a rain check to use on another day
