The toys, the toy department are directly outside the elevator in the cellar which can be reached from the elevators next to/ on the 33rd Street side the registers on the ground floor
The store believe it or not is very thin compared to its other locations. Keep in mind this is a target express store meaning they really count on online sales and don't carry everything in stock. So to find anything it's an in levels of floors. Store directory points to the bottom floor for the toys. This is so consistent with many Target layouts. Enjoy? Downstairs! There are a few aisles dedicated to toys, stuffed animals and games right by the notebooks and office supplies section.
