You get all sauces. In a small cup. About 1/4 cup or as much as you wish to get. You have to bring sauce to cooking station.
1/4 cup would be my guess. Recomend bringing your own measure would probably be best
I'm not sure what size but they are small and you put into a cup to take to the cook. It's done hibachi style
