Not spotless, but clean enough. The food is usually very fresh, and very good. No, they do not serve alcohol. One of the very few in town that don't. That's enough to earn my business and keep me coming back for more.
No alcohol clean enough for me to eat at their resturant, and the price is great.

Its clean. And they dont. Im not sure if any of the Chinese restaurants in Cleveland serve alcohol. The ones i have been to dont. But on Brainard rd in Chattanooga they do. The name of that place has slipped my memory. Buts its in the plaza with olllies if i remember correctly.
