Concerning the new kiosk and mobile ordering app.. I like some items cooked well-done, and there's a button for this option at the register when ordering one on one.. HOWEVER, when you operate the kiosk or order with the mobile app, there is no option for this.. If you pay with your debit card or credit card, you now have to RUSH UP TO THE COUNTER and get somebody's attention to tell them you wanted something well-done or freshly cooked (another thing you have to currently do one-on-one at the register) And, God forbid if there's a line at the register to do this..
I just waited 21 minutes for 2 hamburgers. There was 2 people in front of me and no one inside. This is not "fast food". I will definitely choose another place to eat in the future.
Every time I go there they mess my order up
I am always unsatisfied with this McDonald's I love near it so I usually go there regularly and even when there are not slot of people there they are slow and most of the time get my order wrong
McDonald's on apd 40 is a nice place to eat sure they are like any other restaurant they get slammed it's still a great place to eat
If you could provide specific details as to why you were unsatisfied with your visit then you might be able to influence others to choose another restaurant.
