It all depends on what you want to do while in there. As for my husband and I it only took a few minutes. Because we don't have children we could go in look around the store and get what we wanted and leave.
Couple hours usually, more if it's your first time. If you're going for the day, you can always get a stamp at the exit (to do other stuff in the mall, eat something outside the Crayola Cafe) and come back in.
A very good 3 hours, much more if you enjoy it and if its busy. We went on a weekday really busy during the morning but after lunch not so much.
Give or take For Sure having Fun and Taking Your time it could Take you just like Phil said Give or take anywhere from 3 hrs to even more time is Lost when your enjoying yourself with family..
We spent 3 hours and got through all the activities.
