How do you go about switching dates on a show. We realized we have a prior commitment for the September 16 th show. Is there a way to switch dates. I have been a season holder for 4 years now and this is the first time I’ve had double commitments

Please call the box office at 845-298-1491 and they can assist you with changing one or more show weekends.

Call the box office number and leave a message explaining what you want to do. Be specific. Tell them your name, ticket numbers, and what date you want. They will only call back if they have a question. If you don't get a call, just show up on the date you requested and they will have the tickets waiting for you at the box office window. I have done it many times without any problems.

I'd say your best bet is to call the company and ask, I bet they'd be able to switch it for you.
