You would have to call the office to make sure, but a quick check of the calendar (theplayersnyc.org) shows every room pretty much booked that day all day.
I would suggest looking up their phone number and calling to ask them.
If you are a member you can absolutely host a private party. Just contact the office. All is based pn availability. Also if you are not a member you can reach out to the office about options for a private event (212) 475-6116, you willl be routed appropriately. All event inquiries must go through the office.

It is a private club. I am not a member. I would think that being a member is a condition.
