They have a plek machine to do computer-assisted set up work, extremely precise. I think I remember a full plek job running about $250, but that gets you the absolute ultimate. That price may have changed, just ask them. It may also differ based on differing types of guitars.
I've had them work on a Martin D28 and D45 and they did an amazing job and it was pretty affordable for each but I don't remember the exact price.
They're not part of a chain so that means they've got to keep their customers happy, no corporate backing to fall back on. I'd bet their work is priced in line with other shops in the Atlanta area.
They definitively provide setup service. I'm just not sure of the cost. They put a new battery box in my bass, and it was only $25. I'm guessing your adjustment cost will be responsible.
