Or you can go to the courthouse and pay $72.50 have the sheriff Serve them evict paperwork. You both would have to go to court After y’all go to court he or she have 7 days to get out. The reason why I know this I had to go to the courthouse to eviction my roommate not paying her half of the bills the judge ordered her to move out in 7 days and pay me all my money
