Do the box seats in the theater afford a good view and listening experience? Are there any physical obstacles, like stairs, that one must navigate and if so how many?

There are escalators in operation so no need to use stairways. The private suites offer a great view and the acoustics are awesome

This plc is a sports arena. It seats 13,000 ppl. I was there for a concert there is steps but Im not sure bout the box seats. But the view was great n the acoustics were fantastic. Hope this helps u out some.

There are not "box" seats. There are reserved seats surrounding the floor seating. The stairs are easy to navigate but very long flights. The lines of view are ok and the acoustics are what one would expect from sports arena.
