@Dominique Considering how many people dont pay with cash anymore, its understandable why many business dont have change ready to be made. I have had this happen at a lot of places, i know it sucks and they really should havr change but bad managers tend to not stay on top of this as they should.
At least you didn't get into a fist fight with the manager. And yes it's happened. They might as well close this store because 3/4 of Baytown has had bad experiences over the last year there.
