Hi Leo, As others have mentioned, most guests and campers greatly enjoy our food, and we do have a wide variety to choose from. Several options for hot dishes are served with every meal (with at least one vegetarian option) and we have 2 salad bars, 2 types of soup at lunch and dinner, plenty of fresh fruit, healthy cereals, and bread, jelly, and soynut butter (we are a peanut-free and tree nut-free facility). We focus on serving as much local, healthy, and nutritious options as possible. Some of our produce is even grown right at our own farm and greenhouse! With advanced notice, our kitchen can accommodate special dietary restrictions as well. Please call ahead to inform the kitchen of any needs - 845-985-2291.
