Yes, the owner of the restaurant is from Turkey. However, the taste of the dishes he serves are beyond the turkish cuisine.
Why would that matter? His excellence in service and food should have us see past that and appreciate the man for his character rather than his nationality.
He is also warm, kind and wonerfully patient when asked about his great display of food!
