Why can't anyone be bothered to answer the phone? I called 3 different departments and it just rings and rings and no one answers.

I just called and got right through (Unbelievable). The associate that answered told me they weren't taking calls and I was lucky to have gotten through. He also stated, there should be a recording advising callers of the new phone policy.
