I surely don't know what the other person experienced there, but I can tell you that I am a very complicated cardiac patient and my experience with the Cleveland Clinic Interventional Cardiology Department to be top of the line from the staff to the doctors and everyone in between. I recommend them highly if you are a cardiac patient.
