How do you find out who the supervisor of the floor your on

You have to ask at the entrance caunter for the supervisor.

Ask for the floor in charge , if they didnt help , tell them you want to talk to the supervisor .

Ask a nurse on your floor

If you're on a patient floor, just go to the main desk on the floor and ask for the Charge Nurse.
