Check with the social worker assigned to the patient. They would have a list of resources.
Im unsure of your situation but heres a link with more information regarding discount lodging. My daughter was in the picu as a baby and Ronald McDonald house was beyond words, amazing. Call the number in the website I attached below and they will help you. https://my.clevelandclinic.org/patients/travel/lodging
Yes, there are, but it's still much cheaper to stay out a bit even with the closer hotels discounts. That's what my family and I did when I had my surgery in November. I pray that God will bless you and your family.
Yes, at the hospital that info will made available by the social worker assigned to the patient.

There are several hotels and places that cater to patients and their families in and around the clinic. Several of them have some discount programs. Social work at the Cleveland Clinic may be able to help you out more with this.
There are three hotels on the campus, intercontinental x2 and holiday inn, we stayed across the street at the doubletree tudor arms ...very nice historic hotel and we got a good rate, coffee and cookies...no free breakfast, parking was $20 but CCF parking is $20 per day no validation, valet parking is $12/$10 for seniors...it is good to look nearby also as many downtown hotels will shuttle to CCF...
