do you need an order to have an x-ray if you are in pain?

Hi Phil, Thank you for reaching out with this question. If you are visiting the Aultman North Immediate Care for treatment, you do not need a previous order from a physician for an x-ray. The provider on staff will assess your injury and determine whether an x-ray should be done at the time of visit. If you are not planning on seeing an Aultman North Immediate Care provider during your visit, a physician order will be necessary to obtain an x-ray. Thank you
