I'm a server in a different restaurant and just because there is an empty table doesn't mean that there is wait staff available to take care of you. There were probably call offs and they were short staffed. You can't seat people and not have them expect to get waited on immediately. You were waiting on a server not a table.
I never that this issue here before. Their service is excellent!!
